SafeGolf

Here at Sidcup Golf Club we believe golf should be fun and you should feel safe and enjoy your sport. We are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe environment for all our members, particularly the Juniors and vulnerable members.

If something is worrying you and you need someone to talk to speak to your club welfare officer:

Angie Rossi Sidcup Golf Club Welfare Officer

Tel. No: 07793 024245 Email: rossi_56ymail.com

Whilst everyone is responsible for safeguarding the Club Welfare Officer is the person within a Golf Club with primary responsibility for managing and reporting concerns about children or adults at risk and for putting in to place safeguarding procedures.

Children and Young People

Our SafeGolf accreditation demonstrates that Sidcup Golf Club has put in place standardised, recognised and robust systems that place the welfare of young and vulnerable people first.

Safeguarding Adults

England Golf is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all individuals involved in golf. Although there are many similarities with safeguarding adults and children there are also some distinct differences. For this reason, England Golf has created a separate Safeguarding Adults Policy.
